Leatherback is a two-story semi-detached house (duplex) on a private property consisting of the guest houses and the main house, a large garden with a large spring-free trampoline. There is a shared main lap style swimming pool (60 x 10 feet) with a shaded pagoda and sun beds.

Windward Lodge is for people looking to relax, unwind and get away from it all. Surrounded by the lush green and unique Caicos dry tropical forest, let nature help you to restore and revitalise yourself. A 5-minute walk takes you to the most stunning white sand beach expanding onto to seemingly endless and amazing, turquoise-coloured Caicos Banks. Let the trade wind and warm seas clear away your stresses. Let your children play in the safe shallow and calm waters of Long Bay.

We offer a uniquely styled newly refurbished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached (duplex) house. Spacious modern living with a rustic edge. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and large private balcony with views of the ocean. The second bedroom has two single beds and en suit bathroom. Downstairs we have a large open plan kitchen/living room with large French doors and a sizeable private balcony. We also have a comfortable sofa bed expanding the sleeping capacity to 6. Downstairs is also a powder room.

Amenities include washer, dryer, clothesline, dishwasher a GE stove and quality cutlery and utensils for any foodies.

Cancellation policy

• 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

Damage and incidentals
