Staying with Stay Caribbean

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for everyone, all guests must follow the guidelines below:

 

🏠 1. Respect for Property

Guests are expected to care for the home as if it were their own:

•Leave the space in the same condition as at check-in

•Avoid damaging furniture, appliances, and decor

•Immediately report any accidental damage or issues.

Note: Guests may be held financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

 

👥 2. Accurate Guest Information

To protect hosts and communities, guests must:

•Provide accurate information at the time of booking.

•Only allow registered guests to stay overnight or visit the property (unless approved).

•Follow occupancy limits and local rules.

 

📜 3. House Rules Compliance

All guests must follow the house rules provided in the listing or on-site, including:

•No smoking (unless otherwise stated)

•No parties or events without approval

•Observe quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) to respect neighbors and local communities.

•Be respectful in shared spaces, where applicable

Violations may result in early termination, fines, or future booking restrictions.

 

🧼 4. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal

Guests should maintain basic cleanliness:

•Use designated bins for trash and recycling

•Place used linens/towels in the specified area before check-out (if requested)

•Avoid creating excessive messes or spills

 

🔐 5. Safety & Security

To keep everyone safe, guests are responsible for:

•Locking doors and windows when leaving

•Turning off lights, appliances, and AC when not in use

•Keeping keys and codes secure — lost keys may incur a replacement fee

 

💬 6. Communication & Cooperation

Guests agree to:

•Follow all check-in/check-out procedures

•Respond promptly to reasonable messages from hosts or Stay Caribbean

•Reach out to Stay Caribbean in case of emergencies or service issues

 

💳 7. Cancellations & Refunds

•Guests must review and comply with the Stay Caribbean Refund & Cancellation Policy.

•Refunds for early departure or dissatisfaction will be reviewed based on the policy and the nature of the situation.

 

⚖️ 8. Legal Compliance & Liability

Guests agree to:

•Refrain from any illegal activities or behavior that could lead to complaints or police involvement

•Take full responsibility for themselves and any guests they invite

 

🚫 Non-Compliance Consequences

Failure to follow these responsibilities may lead to:

Additional charges

Eviction without refund

Cancellation of future bookings

Reports to partner platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO)
